Today, the above sealed covers are ordered to be<br \/>\nopened wherein it is revealed that the offers are submitted at 10% of<br \/>\nthe upset price fixed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tHowever,<br \/>\nconsidering the facts and circumstances of the case and price<br \/>\nmentioned in the `Jantri&#8217; of Rs.20,000\/- per square ft. in the area,<br \/>\nit is necessary to inquire about any sale, lease, transfer etc. of<br \/>\nthe office in the same premise \/ complex and also to inform the<br \/>\nPresident \/ Chairman \/ Secretary about availability of Office No.306.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is ordered to be heard on 27.01.2011.
