            Concededly, according to the facts which have been made<\/p>\n
in the petition, cancellation report has been prepared which in all<\/p>\n
probability will be submitted and against which the petitioner has<\/p>\n
remedy of filing the protest petition.\n<\/p>\n
            Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he is being<\/p>\n
criminally intimated and threatened by the police officials to drop the<\/p>\n
proceedings and not to pursue the matter any further.<\/p>\n
            In exercise of powers under Section 482<\/a> of the Code of<\/p>\n
Criminal Procedure, the Court cannot redress the grievance of the<\/p>\n
petitioner. In case his allegations have any substance, he has the<\/p>\n
remedy of filing a complaint against the officials and the persons who<\/p>\n
are criminally intimidating him.\n<\/p>\n
            No ground to interfere.\n<\/p>\n
