(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">          Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that this Court in<\/p>\n<p>Crl. Misc. No.56359-M of 2003 at the instance of Gurvinder Singh and<\/p>\n<p>Sukhbir Singh has stayed the criminal proceedings pending decision of<\/p>\n<p>the civil suit. Similar is the order passed in Crl. Misc. No.41383-M of<\/p>\n<p>2007 filed by Sukhbir Singh. But inadvertently in Crl. Misc. No.30353-<\/p>\n<p>M of 2007, an order has been passed directing the trial Court to continue<\/p>\n<p>with the trial. It is pointed out that the order in Crl. Misc. No.30353-M of<\/p>\n<p>2007 is in contradiction with the earlier orders.       Therefore, further<\/p>\n<p>proceedings in the criminal complaints till the civil suit is decided,<\/p>\n<p>require to be stayed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">          After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in<\/p>\n<p>view the orders passed in Crl. Misc. Nos.56359-M of 2003 and 41383-M<\/p>\n<p>of 2007, it is fair and reasonable to stay the proceedings in the complaints<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> Crl. Misc. No.M-8892 of 2009                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>before the learned trial Court till such time the proceedings in civil suit<\/p>\n<p>(now pending in RSA No.1653 of 2008) attain finality.
