Peeran, Member (J)<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">1. In the appeal, the appellants had been made clear on the last date of hearing that this appeal would be taken up No. 1 in the list and with the direction that the Bench would keep the matters light. None have appeared on behalf of appellants. The counsel and the party are absent. There is no request for adjournment. The matter could have been taken up for disposal on merits. However, we find that the appellants paper book is incomplete. The xerox copies along with the paper book are totally not readable. They are just black sheets. The xerox copy of the Order-in-Original produced is also not readable. There is a cyclostyled copy of Order-in-original, which has not been attested. The Counsel filed the Vakalatnama without affixing the necessary Court fee stamp. The xerox and typed copies of correspondence including the copies of statements recorded are illegible and not readable. The appellants have not taken care to produce legible paper book, by the help of which, their matter could be adjudicated.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2.
