Case no. 174 of 2010 as well as photo state copy of<\/p>\n<p>                   petition and affidavit dated 2.8.2011 respectively, joint compromise<\/p>\n<p>                   petition and photo stat copy of affidavit in support of the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   joint compromise dated 1.8.2011 have been filed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             The petitioner and the informant appear before me in<\/p>\n<p>                   person.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             The couples express their satisfaction and they do not<\/p>\n<p>                   disclose any grievance against each other.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                             It appears that the parties have ended their all disputes<\/p>\n<p>                   with happy note of compromise and there is no need to keep the<\/p>\n<p>                   present petition pending.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                             Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would<\/p>\n<p>                   produce order of withdrawal of Matrimonial suit no. 115\/2010<\/p>\n<p>                   pending in the court of learned Principal Judge         Family Court,<\/p>\n<p>                   Ranchi on the next date.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                             List this matter on 26.9. 2011 at 4.15 in chamber.<\/p>\n<p>                             The order dated 4.2.2011 by which petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>                   released on provisional bail is extended till further order.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                             It goes without saying that in the meantime, parties shall<\/p>\n<p>                   take steps for conclusion of Chandauti P.S. Case no. 174 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">                   The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya shall also take pain<\/p>\n<p>         to dispose off the above stated Chandauti P.S. Case no. 174 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>         within a month from today keeping in mind the above stated<\/p>\n<p>         settlement between the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">                   Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>         Magistrate, Gaya in Chandauti P.S.
