To prove that the appellant sustained severe<\/p>\n<p> ___\u00a7njurics, he has produced Ex.P.61 the wound certi\ufb01cate,<\/p>\n<p>which discbses CLW over the left eye measuring 1 x 2 ems<br \/>\nand fracture of left femur 3113112. The doctor who has issued<\/p>\n<p>the wound certi\ufb01cate has opined that the injury no.1 is<\/p>\n<p>J3 *<br \/>\nsimple in nature and injury no.2 is grevious.
