We \u00a0 heard \u00a0 this \u00a0 case \u00a0 through \u00a0 video \u00a0 conferencing. \u00a0 The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 was\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Bangalore\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC.\u00a0The\u00a0Respondent\u00a0was\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mumbai\u00a0studio.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.      The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 had \u00a0 wanted \u00a0 the \u00a0 copies \u00a0 of \u00a0 all \u00a0 the \u00a0 records \u00a0 and\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>correspondence\u00a0relating\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0representation\u00a0before\u00a0the\u00a0Banking\u00a0Ombudsman.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Although\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0some\u00a0information,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0submitted\u00a0it\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>was \u00a0 not \u00a0 complete. \u00a0 After \u00a0 carefully \u00a0 considering \u00a0 the \u00a0 submissions \u00a0 of \u00a0 both \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>parties\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0facts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0case,\u00a0we\u00a0think\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0should\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>photocopy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0entire\u00a0records\u00a0relating\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0complaint\/representation\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Banking\u00a0Ombudsman.\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0within\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>10\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0the\u00a0photocopy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0entire\u00a0file\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0office\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Banking\u00a0Ombudsman\u00a0relating\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0representation\/complaint\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>including\u00a0all\u00a0enclosures\u00a0and\u00a0correspondence,\u00a0if\u00a0any.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">4.
