No.40816 of 2010\n                             SARLA DEVI\n                                  Versus\n                          STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  WITH\n                      Cr.Misc.No. 41045 OF 2010\n                             MADAN SAO\n                                VERSUS\n                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                         --------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   26.3.2011           Heard          learned         counsel           for      the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioners and the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        In   the       incident,       allegation         is   about<\/p>\n<p>                killing the deceased by setting her on fire for<\/p>\n<p>                non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. The matter<\/p>\n<p>                was   informed        to    the     Police       who     thoroughly<\/p>\n<p>                investigated     and       submitted       final    form    finding<\/p>\n<p>                the   case     mistake        of     fact        otherwise       also<\/p>\n<p>                submission       of        learned         counsel       for      the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioners is that fire was accidental in which<\/p>\n<p>                wife and husband both sustained burn injuries,<\/p>\n<p>                admitted to Hospital. Deceased gave a Fardbeyan<\/p>\n<p>                for the same and at later stage, husband also<\/p>\n<p>                died.
