During<br \/>\nthe pendency  V__&#8217;5\u00b0&#8217;.&#8217; respondent, who was<br \/>\njunior to the    to the post of Sanitary<br \/>\n as &#8216;G&#8217;  2.2.2007. It is<\/p>\n<p>  was senior to them and the<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;jp-&#8216;t1t1_ and the private respondents are<\/p>\n<p> the  ;ouVg,ht to have promoted the petitioner to the next<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;i\ufb02ierefore, petitioner has filed representations to the<\/p>\n<p>  asgrer Annexures  &#8216;E1&#8217; and &#8216;E2&#8217; on 5.5.2003, 11.7.2005<\/p>\n<p>it<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">-.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p>&#8216; and 3.8.2006 respectiveiy to consider his case for promotion  &#8221; <\/p>\n<p>next higher post of Sanitary Overseer.
