Bishundeo Sahani son of Ram Shirith Sahani\n                            Both resident of village Sir Khiriya,P.S.Runni Saidpur,\n                            District Sitamarhi          ---------- Petitioners\n                                              Versus\n                            The State Of Bihar              ------ Opp.Party\n\n                                For the Petitioners : Mr. Pramod Rajpati\n                                   For the State : Mr. Addl.P.P.\n\n\n\n04\/   02.08.2011<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                 The petitioners seek bail in a case which has been<\/p>\n<p>                     registered against      unknown on 23.12.2009 for offence under<\/p>\n<p>                     <a href=\"\/doc\/764237\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 394<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that the<\/p>\n<p>                     accused persons decamped         with the booty including       T.V.,<\/p>\n<p>                     Mobile, ornaments, cloths, pots etc. In course of investigation, one<\/p>\n<p>                     Anuj Kumar Singh was apprehended and on his confession,<\/p>\n<p>                     houses of the petitioners were raided and some articles which<\/p>\n<p>                     were said to be roped with the robbery were seized.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 Submission is that the seized articles from the house<\/p>\n<p>                     of the petitioner are sari, steel plates, cloths etc. and these can be<\/p>\n<p>                     available in all the houses and Anuj Kumar Singh on whose<\/p>\n<p>                     confession the name of the petitioners have come has already been<\/p>\n<p>                     granted bail by a Bench of this Court on           24.02.2011 Vide<\/p>\n<p>                     Cr.Misc.No. 2778 of 2011.
