RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    = = = = = = = = = = =\n                     B.A. No.4125 of 2010\n               = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n            Dated:22nd day of September, 2010\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 <a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Cr.P.C<\/a>. the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>who is the sole accused in Crime No.857\/2010           of Kadakkal<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for an offence punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/1868826\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 498(A)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner, the relative conduct of the parties, the<\/p>\n<p>nature of the injury sustained    and the other circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of his arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>the above case on his executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>fifteen thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">B.A. No.4125 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">           1.     The   petitioner     shall  report   before   the<br \/>\n                  Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n                  a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n<p id=\"p_6\">            2. The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n                  interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n                  and when required by the Investigating Officer.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">            3.     The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n                   the prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt<br \/>\n                   to  tamper    with   the    evidence    for  the<br \/>\n                   prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">\n<p id=\"p_9\">             4.    The petitioner shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n                   while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">\n<p id=\"p_11\">             5.
