Ext.P3 is a<\/p>\n<p>proceedings dated 27.5.2008 by the 2nd respondent ordering<\/p>\n<p>general transfer.      Petitioner is serial No.59 in the said<\/p>\n<p>proceedings. She is transferred from Primary Health Centre,<\/p>\n<p>Konni to Taluk Head Quarters Hospital, Chalakudy. Feeling<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved, the petitioner has already preferred Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2.   I heard the learned Government Pleader also. He<\/p>\n<p>points out that the petitioner should have filed Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 2nd respondent. There is no case of<\/p>\n<p>malafides as such. I do not find any good ground to interfere<\/p>\n<p>with the impugned order under <a href=\"\/doc\/1712542\/\" id=\"a_1\">Article 226<\/a> of the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner has already filed Ext.P5 before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent.    In such circumstances, the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of as follows.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">WPC.16651\/08<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                               : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">     3.     The  1st  respondent     will  make  over  Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>representation to the 2nd respondent within one week from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
