ABDUL REHIM, J\n                -------------------------------\n               WP(C) NO. 2509 OF 2010\n              -------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 2nd day of December, 2010\n\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     Grievance voiced by the petitioner is that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents are not considering the request made by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner through Ext.P2 for exercising powers under<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/108006076\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 65(1)(d)<\/a> of the Co-operative Societies Act.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner the Board of Directors of the<\/p>\n<p>7th respondent Society who are respondents No.8 to 16<\/p>\n<p>herein, have committed gross irregularity in suppressing<\/p>\n<p>the real accounts of the 7th respondent society, with<\/p>\n<p>respect to the financial year 2008-09. The petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>approached the first respondent seeking action on the<\/p>\n<p>basis of the above said allegations. But it is the complaint<\/p>\n<p>that, inspite of Ext.P2 request submitted as early in<\/p>\n<p>January, 2009, no action as contemplated under <a href=\"\/doc\/108006076\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section<\/p>\n<p>65<\/a> (1) (d) was initiated.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2.   Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 to 4 as well as the counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                              2<\/span><br \/>\nWP(C) No. 2509\/2010<\/p>\n<p>the 7th respondent submitted that, they have no objection in<\/p>\n<p>the matter being considered by the 3rd respondent who is<\/p>\n<p>the competent authority.      Counsels representing other<\/p>\n<p>respondents are also conceding the above stand.        It is<\/p>\n<p>submitted by learned Government Pleader that Ext.P2 will<\/p>\n<p>be considered by the 3rd respondent and a decision thereof<\/p>\n<p>will be taken in accordance with law. The said submission<\/p>\n<p>is recorded.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.    Under the above circumstances, the Writ Petition<\/p>\n<p>is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 representation with appropriate notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and all other persons concerned and to take a<\/p>\n<p>decision thereof as early as possible at any rate within a<\/p>\n<p>period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                  C.K.
