on 8 March, 2010<\/div>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                                      &gt; <\/p>\n<p>Title: Need to take steps to address the problems being faced by civilians in defence areas of Malkajgiri Parliamentary Constituency, Andhra Pradesh.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">SHRI <a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=SARVEY%20SATYANARAYANA\" id=\"a_1\">SARVEY SATYANARAYANA <\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MALKAJGIRI\" id=\"a_1\">MALKAJGIRI<\/a>): I would like to draw the kind attention of the august House regarding the problems being faced by the civilians in the Defence areas in my Parliamentary Constituency, i.e., Malkajgiri in Andhra Pradesh.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">Sometimes, the Defence authorities are vacating the slum dwellers without making alternate arrangements.\u00a0I would like to bring to your kind notice that in the recent past, I have received several representations from the poor hut men who are living in slum areas for more than 50 years, not to dispossess them from their houses by the Defence authorities viz., DEO and Sub Area Commander, Secunderabad.\u00a0 There are also instances where the Defence authorities have closed down the thorough fares\/road passages used by the civilians in areas like Subhash Nagar, Tirumalgiri and Qutbullapur, etc., without giving any opportunity to the civilians to explain their grievances.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">I request the Hon\u2019ble Defence Minister through you, Madam Speaker, to kindly ascertain the facts and do justice to redress the grievances of such slum dwellers and civilians by leaving appropriate instructions with the authorities concerned in the Defence Ministry to sort out the issues amicably in the interest not only of the civilian population but also of the Defence.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lok Sabha Debates Need To Take Steps To Address The Problems Being Faced By Civilians In &#8230;
