    The facts necessary for the disposal of this writ petition<\/p>\n
  in nutshell are that on 31.01.1993 at about 7.30 am”,<\/p>\n

driven by one Mohammad Nayaz Pasha.\n<\/p>\n

were the inmates of the vehicle.\n<\/p>\n

\nconnection at all or that he had no knowledge of the vehicle

himself. The  Bureau, Bangalore, Sn’ Hari<\/p>\n

AV(_3aA1::eel:i  were also examined. The petitioner<\/p>\n
  upon documents in the form of certificates<\/p>\n

the Vehicle along with sandalwood was seized, as  the<\/p>\n
provisions of the Act and the Rules, it was the <\/p>\n

Without his or his ageI::t’s knowlcdgefstlid   $11.4<\/p>\n
respondent has further held that    ,<\/p>\n

complaint being lodged by the driver, the said version could not<\/p>\n

finding that the owner of the vehicle was not-‘ehoxviixiig  <\/p>\n

Several aspects axe pointed outiibfthe le\u00e9ir1;ed,.v$ee\u00e9ioi:s~Ji2dge”V V<\/p>\n
as to how and why the _oW1ier–veou.1i1 not be

that the owner was required to Show under sub\u00a5e:ectio:t’ (‘f2)’ of  <\/p>\n
Section ‘7 1–B of the Act that be, his a,gettt;’ if any  <\/p>\n
in charge of the vehicle had taken all  <\/p>\n
