THE REGIONAL JOINT REGISTRAR,\n                           COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES, BHASGALPUR\n                           CUM MANAGER PREAMANDAL,\n                           BHAGALPUR.\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   22\/11\/2010             This is a frivolous writ petition which has been<\/p>\n<p>                   filed on behalf of the petitioner. It further suffers from<\/p>\n<p>                   laches and delay because this writ application has been<\/p>\n<p>                   filed after the petitioner retired in the year 2002<\/p>\n<p>                   challenging the order dated 28.7.2000 by virtue of which<\/p>\n<p>                   long absence of the petitioner has been adjusted under<\/p>\n<p>                   various kinds of leave.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           Contention of learned counsel is that adjustment<\/p>\n<p>                   or kinds of leave sanctioned to the petitioner are not<\/p>\n<p>                   under the correct head and he is entitled to certain benefit<\/p>\n<p>                   by re-adjustment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           The Court is not inclined to entertain this kind of<\/p>\n<p>                   writ application at such a belated stage when such cause<\/p>\n<p>                   of action had arisen 10 years ago and petitioner never<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        raised this issue while he was in service.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                This writ application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">AMIN\/                   (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Kapildeo Singh vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Anr on 22 November, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.9021 of 2006 KAPILDEO SINGH SON OF LATE SHEO BALAK SINGH RESIDENT OF VILLAGE MONAINE, P.S.
