Earlier this Court granted temporary bail  vide<br \/>\norder dated 25.8.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.11976<br \/>\nof 2011 by this Court. The said temporary bail period is going to be<br \/>\nexpired on 7.9.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tI<br \/>\nhave perused the application and heard the submission of the<br \/>\napplicant. In view of the above circumstances, present application<br \/>\nstands allowed partly. The temporary bail granted vide order dated<br \/>\n25.8.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.11976 of 2011 by<br \/>\nthis Court, is extended for a period of four weeks from today. The<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender in time before the jail Authority after<br \/>\ncompletion of the period of temporary bail for a period of four<br \/>\nweeks. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
