Against the decision of the State Government<br \/>\n                     dated 1st March 2011 of altering certain projects of road<br \/>\n                     repairs in rural Bihar, the petitioner has made a<br \/>\n                     representation to the Secretary, Rural Works Department,<br \/>\n                     Bihar on 4th March 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 The petitioner will await response to the<br \/>\n                     representation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 Learned Standing Counsel 11 Mr Ajay appears<br \/>\n                     for the respondent authorities.
