Although the appellant was not a party-respondent in the<br \/>\n                 writ petition, the direction issued by the learned single Judge<br \/>\n                 adversely affects the appellant.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                                 On the facts and in the circumstances of the matter,<br \/>\n                 leave is granted.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_2\"><p>                                 Application stands disposed of as allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> 2         Patna High Court LPA No.1446 of 2011 (3) dt.24-10-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                                2\/2<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_3\"><p>                   Letters Patent Appeal No.1446 of 2011 &amp; Interlocutory<br \/>\n                   Application No.6940 of 2011:\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_4\"><p>                                    Issue notice to the respondent no.1 for hearing and<br \/>\n                   final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal and for hearing of the<br \/>\n                   Stay Petition, to be made returnable on 5th December 2011.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_5\"><p>                                    Notice will be served through the Court process.<br \/>\n                   Requisites will be filed within two weeks from today.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_6\"><p>                                    Learned advocate Mr. Pratap Sharma appears for the<br \/>\n                   appellant. He states that pursuant to the impugned order a notice to<br \/>\n                   show cause has been issued to the appellant on 9 th September<br \/>\n                   2011.
