SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 08\/08\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>Mr.Jirga<br \/>\n\tJhaveri, learned advocate<br \/>\n\tappearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw<br \/>\n\tthe present petition at this stage, as the petitioner  proposes<br \/>\n\tto submit appropriate application for clarification \/ modification<br \/>\n\tof the order passed by the learned Single Judge in Criminal Appeal<br \/>\n\tNo.134 of 2011 and thereafter with a liberty to file a fresh<br \/>\n\tpetition, in case the order passed in Criminal Appeal No.134 of 2011<br \/>\n\tis clarified \/ modified.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at<br \/>\n\tthis stage with above liberty.
