V  It is.’  dispute that deceased was aged<\/p>\n
    as on the date of his death. Therefore,<\/p>\n
:15   this Court in Gillan: Kinder’: case<\/p>\n
H V .V  2W0 EAR 4416 the proper niultiplier<\/p>\n
 beadapted would be ‘:5’. But, in view of the fact<\/p>\n
–‘  the deceased was a salaried person, he would<\/p>\n
 have earned full salary of Rs. 9000\/- p.111., \ufb01ll the<\/p>\n
date of his superannuation and thereaftecr his inceme<\/p>\n
by Way of pension Weuid have been reduced by 50%

Rs.10,000\/- which shall be inclusive of <\/p>\n
towards transportation of dead body and     M<\/p>\n
incidental expenses. The Tribtnlai  not  <\/p>\n
any amount of compensation to  2,\u00bb  <\/p>\n
son of the deceased, \u00ab\ufb02oss  <\/p>\n
affection’. Therefore, ‘_ hereby   of
\nRs.10,000\/- in his <\/p>\n
12. On    ‘Judgment it
\ncould be    has awarded
\na sum er Rs.  hospital charges as<\/p>\n
part of the   ‘medical treatment given<\/p>\n

 any amount towards actual cost<\/p>\n

circumstances of the case, we feel that  T  ‘<\/p>\n
submission” of the learned  _ <\/p>\n

also both the appellants,    the
\ndeceased, have been    the
\niznpugled judgment   in the
\neompensatiort        V  their
\nrespective   ameunt which

not feel it IeamnabIe.VA’te:”ttisturb the same. However,<\/p>\n
  submissions of the learned<\/p>\n
 .appeHaJ1ts, we feel that the appellant<\/p>\n
  respectively 50% and 30% of the<\/p>\n
 aizeount of compensation and the 3rd<\/p>\n
  dtesdpondeat mother shall get 220% of it along with<\/p>\n
