2.       14.02.2011              The petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2010 in<\/p>\n
                      relation to Sakra P.S. Case No. 371 of 2010, registered under<\/p>\n
                      Section 304B<\/a>\/34<\/a> of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n
                                 The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. It<\/p>\n
                      is submitted that husband of the deceased is in custody. The<\/p>\n
                      allegation is that after marriage, the petitioner and his brother –<\/p>\n
                      the husband of the deceased and other family members were<\/p>\n
                      demanding dowry, failure to which the wife was killed.<\/p>\n
                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner is a student of   college and has no concern with the<\/p>\n
                      affairs of his brother.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Considering the aforesaid, let above named petitioner<\/p>\n
                      be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- ( ten<\/p>\n
                      thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n
                      satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in<\/p>\n
                      Sakra P.S. Case No. 371 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n
