Whereas the applicants are<br \/>\nconsistently staying that they are eager to join and resume their<br \/>\nduties. Learned counsel for the applicants has drawn attention of<br \/>\nthis Court towards the order passed in Misc. Civil Application in<br \/>\nLetters Patent Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tLearned<br \/>\ncounsel for the respondents has submitted that they are ready and<br \/>\nwilling to accept the applicants as their workmen and they can resume<br \/>\ntheir duties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tIn<br \/>\nview of the dispute between the parties and the earlier passed in<br \/>\nMisc. Civil Application in Letters Patent Appeal, we hereby permit<br \/>\nthe present applicants to resume their duties at the place of an<br \/>\nemployment of the respondent at Gandhinagar factory and the<br \/>\nGovernment Labour Officer, Ahmedabad will accompany the present<br \/>\napplicants or will depute a responsible officer, who will remain<br \/>\npresent with the applicants at the time of joining of the duties with<br \/>\nthe respondents at Gandhinagar factory.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tThe<br \/>\nLabour Commissioner, Ahmedabad is joined as party respondent no.4.<br \/>\nNotice to the newly added party respondent no.4 returnable on  27th<br \/>\nAugust, 2008. Direct service is permitted today.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tMeanwhile,<br \/>\nthe respondent nos.1 to 3 will jointly deposit Rs.2,50,000\/- (Two<br \/>\nLakhs Fifty Thousand Only) before this Court on or before 27th<br \/>\nAugust, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\tLearned<br \/>\ncounsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants are<br \/>\nremained present before the respondents at their factory at<br \/>\nGandhinagar on 14th August, 2008 at 8:00 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>(R.P.DHOLAKIA,<br \/>\nJ.)
