CHAIRMAN : Shri Namo Narain Meena.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE (SHRI NAMO NARAIN MEENA): On behalf of my senior colleague Shri Pranab Mukherjee, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Jharkhand for the services of the financial year 2009-10.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">MR.
