2\/ 27\/08\/2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n
                 learned counsel for the State as also for the Bihar Sanskrit<\/p>\n
                 Siksha Board.\n<\/p>\n
                            The petitioner is aggrieved by the constitution of<\/p>\n
                 the Managing Committee dated 30.4.2007. It is fairly<\/p>\n
                 acknowledged that its tenure was three years and it has<\/p>\n
                 run its course.\n<\/p>\n
                            If the petitioner is aggrieved by the constitution<\/p>\n
                 of any fresh Managing Committee thereafter, his remedy<\/p>\n
                 first lies in an appeal under the statutory provisions in like<\/p>\n
                 manner as he had assailed the constitution of the Managing<\/p>\n
                 Committee constituted on 30.4.2007, unsuccessfully.<\/p>\n
                            The writ application is disposed with the liberty<\/p>\n
                 as aforesaid.\n<\/p>\n
