                     as learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n
                                Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hathauri<\/p>\n
                     P.S. Case No. 156 of 2010 registered under sections-<\/p>\n
                     376\/511 of the Indian Penal Code<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n
                                Although there is allegation against the petitioner<\/p>\n
                     that he attempted to commit rape upon the informant but<\/p>\n
                     submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the<\/p>\n
                     petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on account<\/p>\n
                     of business rivalry and the petitioner is languishing in jail<\/p>\n
                     custody since 22.09.2010.\n<\/p>\n
                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n
                     case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner,<\/p>\n
                     namely, Chitranjan Singh is directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n
                     on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each<\/p>\n
                     with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with<\/p>\n
                     Hathauri P.S. Case No. 156 of 2010 to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                     Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.<\/p>\n
