S. Roadways<\/p>\n<p>                 Company and had the petitioner participated in the alleged<\/p>\n<p>                 crime, he would have certainly been identified by the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant. It is further contended by him that uptill now, the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. On<\/p>\n<p>                 the otherhand, learned counsel for the prosecution points out<\/p>\n<p>                 that the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases.<\/p>\n<p>                            Even if the prosecution story assumed to be true,<\/p>\n<p>                 then also, at best, section-412 of the Indian Penal Code is<\/p>\n<p>                 applicable against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Accordingly, the petitioner namely, Manoj Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                 Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each in connection with Kursela P.S.
