Now the Appellant had sought following information under <a href=\"\/doc\/671631\/\" id=\"a_1\">RTI Act<\/a>:-\n<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_2\">Sr.       Information                                 PIO's reply\nNo.          sought\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_3\">1.     What is the status Retirement papers were submitted to Account Officer, Distt.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">       of Appellant&#8217;s file South on 12.11.2008 after fixation of Pay as per VI Pay<br \/>\n       of      retirement? Commission Report.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">       The daily progress File as re-submitted on 5.12.2008 after rectification of<br \/>\n       report of his file.   pension as per new rule.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                             Dte.of Education verified all the documents &amp; asked to<br \/>\n                             deposited Pension Contribution Rs.2847\/- to PAO-II,<br \/>\n                             R.K.Puram, which was deposited on 25.02.09.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">2. No. of days taken      School Administration sent the papers for the payment of\n     by           school    retirement benefits to Dte. of Edn.in time for further\n     administration in      procession. School Administration cannot comments on the\n     paying         their   numbers of days taken by the DDE\/PAO. In this case School\n     retirement             Administration forward Appellant's papers to DDE on\n     benefits including     13\/11\/2008 after fixation of the Pay as per VI Pay\n     PF,       Gratuity,    Commission norms.\n     insurance, Leave\n     encashment and\n     disbursement of\n     pension.\n5. Whether        any There has been no delay on part of School Admn., hence no\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_9\">      action has been action was required.\n<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_4\">      taken     by    the\n      school\n      administration or\n      by the concerned\n      office against the\n      delaying\n      officer\/staff.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nNot satisfactory reply.\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_10\">Regarding Query no. 1- Daily progress report of Appellant&#8217;s file has not been sent to the<br \/>\nAppellant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">Query No. 2- Provide suitable reply of the question.<br \/>\nQuery No. 3- There has been a delay of 2 months and 17 days to upto six month in each<br \/>\ncase as indicated in reply at query no. 3. If this be the reply then why after 106 days of<br \/>\nAppellant&#8217;s retirement dues have not been paid. There is a delay either in the office of<br \/>\nDy.Director of Education (South) or there may be some corrupt practices going on in<br \/>\nPAO for unnecessarily harassing the retired teachers\/staff for getting their retirement<br \/>\ndues&#8230;..\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">Provide the requisite reply.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">Order of the First Appellate Authority:<br \/>\nNot replied.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">Grounds for Second Appeal<br \/>\nAfter more than one month, the Appellant had not got any reply from the Appellate<br \/>\nAuthority in the case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_15\">Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. \/Mrs. Nishchint<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. R.K. Wadera, PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_16\">The Appellant has submitted the RTI to all the PIO, Deputy Director of the Education<br \/>\n(South). The PIO should have answered queries 5&amp; 7 which he failed to do. The School<br \/>\nhas supplied the information on the balanced points. The Appellant is rightly agitated<br \/>\nsince she has been made to run from pillar to post to get her legitimate retirement dues. It<br \/>\nis a sign of complete insensitivity and lack of basic courtesy towards an employee who<br \/>\nhas served for a long time and on retirement has to go begging from pillar to post to get<br \/>\nher legitimate dues.
