Heard       learned     counsels      for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                            The petitioner being the husband is<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehending his arrest in complaint case in<\/p>\n<p>                   which   cognizance         has    been   taken       under<\/p>\n<p>                   <a href=\"\/doc\/538436\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 498A<\/a> of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the D.P. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                            On instructions, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner submits that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   is   ready    to    keep   the   complainant    as   wife<\/p>\n<p>                   with    full        dignity      and     honour.       The<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant has also filed a divorce case.<\/p>\n<p>                   Though the petitioner has filed restitution<\/p>\n<p>                   case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                            Let        the     petitioner      add       the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant as opposite party no.2.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                            Issue notice to opposite party no.2<\/p>\n<p>                   under registered cover with A\/D as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   under ordinary process requisites for which<\/p>\n<p>                   must be filed within two weeks.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                            Let the ordinary process of notice<\/p>\n<p>                   be   served    to    the   complainant    through     her<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        lawyer in the learned court below through<\/p>\n<p>        the office of the learned court below.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                  Let   the     petitioner         and     opposite<\/p>\n<p>        party no.2 appear on 27.09.2011 at 2.10 P.<\/p>\n<p>        M. in the chambers.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">                  Let   no     coercive         steps     be        taken<\/p>\n<p>        against the petitioner in the meantime, in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with complaint case no. 3325(C)<\/p>\n<p>        of 2009 pending in the court of the learned<\/p>\n<p>        S.D.J.M., Patna.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">                  Let   the     order      be     faxed        to    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned   court       below   at   the     cost        of    the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">\nU.
