JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 20\/06\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">1.\tThis<br \/>\napplication has been filed with a prayer to recall order dated<br \/>\n29.03.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.10730 of 2010,<br \/>\nwhich petition was  dismissed for non prosecution and to restore the<br \/>\nsaid petition to its original status on file.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\tHeard<br \/>\nMr. Rajesh Chauhan, learned advocate for Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the applicant (original petitioner) and perused the<br \/>\naverments made in the application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\tFor<br \/>\nreasons stated in the application, the<br \/>\nprayers made therein deserve to be<br \/>\ngranted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">4.<br \/>\nAccordingly, the application is allowed. Order dated 29.03.2011,<br \/>\npassed in Special Civil Application No.10730 of 2010, is recalled and<br \/>\nthe said petition is directed to be restored to its original status<br \/>\non file.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">5.\tThe<br \/>\napplication is disposed of, in the above terms.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">(Smt.
