He, therefore, has submitted that the applicant<br \/>\ndoes not press the present application and seeks permission to<br \/>\nwithdraw the same, in view of the order dated 7th<br \/>\nSeptember, 2005 passed by this Court in Appeal from Order No.88 of<br \/>\n2005.
