KOSHY, Ag.C.J. &amp;\n                          V.GIRI, J.\n         -------------------------\n                   W.A.No.No.1794 of 2008\n         -------------------------\n            Dated this the 13th day of January, 2009.\n\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">KOSHY, Ag.C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">       This writ appeal is filed against the interim<\/p>\n<p>order  passed   in    the    writ    petition,     which  is a<\/p>\n<p>conditional order, on the petitioner making some<\/p>\n<p>payment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">       2. We are of the opinion that no interference<\/p>\n<p>is required in this matter.           The appellant may seek<\/p>\n<p>early disposal of the writ petition.                However, we<\/p>\n<p>extend the time for payment of the amount by two<\/p>\n<p>weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">       Writ appeal is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                          Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                                      (J.B.
