We have also<br \/>\n\tperused the application and the supporting documents that form part<br \/>\n\tof the application. We have also gone through the jail remarks sheet<br \/>\n\tforwarded by the jail authority along with the application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Upon<br \/>\n\tperusal of the averments made in the application as well as the<br \/>\n\tprevious order passed by this Court in Criminal Misc.Application<br \/>\n\tNo.4414 of 2006 passed in this criminal appeal, it is seen that no<br \/>\n\tcase was made out for grant of bail, and in this application no new<br \/>\n\tground is made out by the applicant to review the earlier order<br \/>\n\tpassed by this Court. Besides this, while releasing the applicant on<br \/>\n\tfurlough leave, he has jumped the leave and absconded for a total<br \/>\n\tperiod of 1174 days, and thereafter, he was arrested by the police<br \/>\n\tand sent to jail. Besides this, upon perusal of the jail remarks<br \/>\n\tsheet, he has undergone more than 5 years imprisonment as against<br \/>\n\tsentence of imprisonment for life. So also those<br \/>\n\tconvicts, who have filed their appeals earlier in point of time than<br \/>\n\tthe applicant and are languishing in Jail, are eagerly awaiting<br \/>\n\thearing of their appeals. No good ground is made out by the<br \/>\n\tapplicant as to why priority should be accorded to him in the matter<br \/>\n\tof hearing of his appeal more particularly when those convicts who<br \/>\n\thave filed their appeals earlier in point of time than the applicant<br \/>\n\tand are languishing in jail, are eagerly awaiting hearing of their<br \/>\n\tappeals.
