Shah places on record<br \/>\ncertificate issued by Dr.S. Napoleon Singh, Medical Officer, Central<br \/>\nJail Dispensary, Ahmedabad dated 20th March 2011.  The<br \/>\nrelevant part of the certificate reads as under:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">&#8220;Recently,<br \/>\nhe was examined by psychiatric expert of Mental Hospital Delhidarwaja<br \/>\non 11\/02\/2011 at central jail Ahmedabad and advice him to stop the<br \/>\nmedicines.  Again he was examined by psychiatrist from Civil Hospital<br \/>\nAhmedabad on 19\/03\/2011 and on examination  patient was found<br \/>\nconscious and oriented, mood is normal, no thought disturbance and<br \/>\npatient wants to do work.  For the complaint of insomnia he was<br \/>\nadvised medicines Tab.Diazepam (sedative) for 15 days and advised no<br \/>\nother psychiatric treatment required at present.&#8221;  (emphasis<br \/>\nsupplied)<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\nAPP Mr.Shah states that the matter of the applicant for grant of<br \/>\nfurlough is under consideration of the authorities as now he has<br \/>\ngiven the name of his paternal aunt as surety.  He expects that the<br \/>\napplication will be decided within a week from today.  He requested<br \/>\nthat the matter may be kept on 31st March 2011.
