Ms.Mathur has placed on record the documents which she<br \/>\nreceived from the concerned<br \/>\nauthorities. The same are ordered to be taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">3.\tThis<br \/>\napplication is filed for seeking permission to file appeal as an<br \/>\nindigent applicant. Looking to the income and the documentary<br \/>\nevidence adduced, the said application is required to be allowed and<br \/>\nis accordingly allowed.
