It is<\/p>\n<p>seen from the impugned order as well as the counter affidavit that the<\/p>\n<p>same is passed as if there is no reply to Ext.P1 show cause notice.  It is<\/p>\n<p>seen   from   Exts.P2   and   P3   that   the   petitioner   had   submitted   reply.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, I quash Ext.P4.  There will be a direction to the respondent<\/p>\n<p>to   look   into   Exts.P2   and   P3   and   pass   appropriate   orders   thereon<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.
