By<\/p>\n<p>interim order dated 30.1.2010, this Court directed the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to issue application forms.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      The learned Standing Counsel for the Bank submitted that<\/p>\n<p>the application forms have been forwarded by post to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners and they have submitted the applications also. But,<\/p>\n<p>after considering the applications, the sanction of loan is declined<\/p>\n<p>as they do not fit with the eligible criteria. Therefore, it is upto<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners to avail other remedies by approaching any other<\/p>\n<p>bank having eligible schemes.
