No.24207 of 2009\n              ---------------------------------\n            Dated, this the 5th day of November, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      The petitioners, who are working as Female Warders Gr.II in<\/p>\n<p>Prisons Department, are claiming entitlement to be paid the scale of<\/p>\n<p>pay of Rs.7,480-11,910 applicable to Matron Grade II. This claim is<\/p>\n<p>made on the basis that by Ext.P1 pay revision order, they are<\/p>\n<p>entitled to the said scale. It is pointed out that urging their claim as<\/p>\n<p>above, they have already moved the 1st respondent by filing Ext.P3,<\/p>\n<p>and that the said representation has not been considered so far. In<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners confines his<\/p>\n<p>prayer for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the<\/p>\n<p>said representation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    Having regard to the limited nature of the relief that is<\/p>\n<p>sought for, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to       consider Ext.P3     representation,   if  the   said<\/p>\n<p>representation has been received, and is pending.
