MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\ncounsel for the petitioners submits that two of the<br \/>\npetitioners\/appellants being dead, their heirs were to be<br \/>\nsubstituted, but it is not feasible to substitute in the present<br \/>\npetition and, therefore, the petitioners be allowed to withdraw this<br \/>\npetition for condonation of delay and the proposed appeal with a<br \/>\nliberty file a fresh petition for condonation of delay and proposed<br \/>\nappeal with proper parties &#8211; substituted heirs.
