(oral)\n\nORDER:\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that directions be<\/p>\n<p>issued to respondents No. 1 to 3 to close an Eating joint (Dhaba), run by<\/p>\n<p>respondent No. 4, illegally in SCO No. 82, Phase XI, Mohali.            It was<\/p>\n<p>allegation of the petitioner that at the back and the front sides of the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid SCO, respondent No. 4 has undertaken activities, relating to his<\/p>\n<p>catering business, by putting up a temporary shed and by placing chairs,<\/p>\n<p>tables etc. to serve food to his customers.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">               Tentatively, this fact is proved from the photographs put on<\/p>\n<p>record.
