RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    .........................................\n                           B.A. No.7292 of 2010\n                    ..........................................\n                             Dated: 18.11.2010\n\n                                     ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             Petitioners, who are accused Nos.4 and 5 in Crime<br \/>\nNo.403\/2010 of Rajapuram Police Station for offences punishable under<br \/>\nSections 468,471 and 420 read with 34 <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\">I.P.C<\/a>., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.     The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.      Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<\/p>\n<p>But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioners to surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then<\/p>\n<p>to have their application for bail considered by the Magistrate having<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction.
