No.I-139 of 2010<br \/>\nregistered at Ambaji Police Station, Dist. Banaskantha (at<br \/>\nAnnexure-A) have been resolved and therefore, the complainant does<br \/>\nnot wish to press the charges any further. They, therefore, jointly<br \/>\nsubmit that the said criminal complaint be quashed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tIn<br \/>\naddition to the above, I have perused the allegations made in the<br \/>\ncomplaint. When the complainant does not wish to press the charges<br \/>\nand when it is stated that all disputes have been resolved, I see no<br \/>\nreason why request for quashing be not accepted. No useful purpose<br \/>\nwould be served in permitting investigation and trial further into<br \/>\nthe said  complaint.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, criminal complaint being C.R. No.I-139<br \/>\nof 2010 registered at Ambaji Police Station, Dist. Banaskantha (at<br \/>\nAnnexure-A) is hereby<br \/>\nquashed. Rule is made absolute.
