The present case relates to misuse of<\/p>\n<p>                        privilege      of     bail.    The     petitioner      was<\/p>\n<p>                        declared absconder on 20th March, 2010 later<\/p>\n<p>                        on, he has surrendered.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 Submission is that the case has already<\/p>\n<p>                        been compromised.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 Considering the facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                        of the case, the above named petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                        directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                        bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                        two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                        satisfaction     of    Smt.
