JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR GARG<\/p>\n<p>Present:      None.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">RAKESH KUMAR GARG J. (Oral)<\/p>\n<p>           Vide order dated December 7, 2007, notice was issued to<\/p>\n<p>respondent no.1 only. Since then the aforesaid respondent has not<\/p>\n<p>been served. The petitioner has taken many opportunities to effect<\/p>\n<p>service upon respondent no.1 by way of dasti process which yielded<\/p>\n<p>no result. On September 4, 2009, one last opportunity was granted to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner to serve the respondent no.1 by way of dasti process<\/p>\n<p>only. As per the office report, dasti notice issued to respondent no.1<\/p>\n<p>has not been received back.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">           There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
