                     IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                            Cr.Misc. No.28625 of 2010\n                               SHYAM BAHADUR SINGH\n                                      Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -------\n<\/pre>\n
2\/      13.09.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n
                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Petitioner is agnate from common ancestor and sharer<\/p>\n
                     having land dispute and to debar other family members, informant in<\/p>\n
                     habit filing cases one after another otherwise petitioner harvested his<\/p>\n
                     own crop.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioner<\/p>\n
                     for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.<\/p>\n
                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n
                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n
                     connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 20 of 2010 above named<\/p>\n
                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n
                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n
                     the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jehanabad subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n
                     down under Section 438(2)<\/a> of Cr. P.C.\n<\/p>\n
