Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">2.    To be referred to the Reporters or not ?\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.    Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                        -.-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">K. KANNAN J.(ORAL)<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">1.         The only grievance of the petitioner is that through the impugned<\/p>\n<p>notice issued by the Registrar, he has said that there is no provision in the<\/p>\n<p>Constitution to remove the President. Learned counsel points out to me<\/p>\n<p>that Section 16-F empowers an Executive Committee to expel any member<\/p>\n<p>against the working of the society with consent and majority of 2\/3rd<\/p>\n<p>members of the society. If this clause must be understood as including the<\/p>\n<p>President as well, the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply to the Registrar<\/p>\n<p>for a review of his decision by pointing out to Section 16-F and to take a<\/p>\n<p>decision thereon. The decision shall be taken by the Registrar within a<\/p>\n<p>period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">2.         The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission,<\/p>\n<p>dispensing with notice to the respondents.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">                                                    (K.
