Respondent<br \/>\nno. 2 is the owner of the vehicle in question hence, no adverse order<br \/>\nis passed against him at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">3.\t\tAd-interim<br \/>\nrelief granted earlier stands confirmed and shall continue as interim<br \/>\nrelief pending the final disposal of the appeal. Out of the total<br \/>\namount deposited by the applicant before the Tribunal concerned in<br \/>\npursuance of the order dated 18.01.2011, the original claimants shall<br \/>\nbe permitted to withdraw 30% of the said amount by Account Payee<br \/>\ncheque after proper verification. The balance 70% of the amount shall<br \/>\nbe invested in the F.D.R. with a nationalized Bank on long term<br \/>\nbasis, which shall be renewed from time to time, without any further<br \/>\norders in that regard from this Court. The quarterly interest<br \/>\naccruing on such deposit shall be paid to the original claimants on<br \/>\nregular basis. Final orders regarding disbursement shall be passed at<br \/>\nthe time of final disposal of the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">4.\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observation and direction, the application stands disposed<br \/>\nof.
