Family Court at Ahmedabad is only an attempt on the part of<br \/>\nthe opponent to harass and mentally torture the applicant by forcing<br \/>\nher to travel to Ahmedabad to attend the Court proceedings on various<br \/>\ndates and thereby to deprive her of her lawful parental custody in<br \/>\nwhich she is safely placed at present apart from compelling her to<br \/>\nincur avoidable expenses on such journeys and also subject her to<br \/>\nmental fatigue. Further, it will also give an opportunity to the<br \/>\nopponent and his accomplices to again plans some illegal action<br \/>\nagainst the applicant as she will stand exposed to them from her<br \/>\nsafety frequently and that too with the knowledge of such dates to<br \/>\nthe opponent&#8230;.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.\tIt is<br \/>\npertinent to note that the process issued on the respondent at the<br \/>\naddress shown by him in the cause title of the Family Suit No.405 of<br \/>\n2011, in which present respondent is applicant,  has returned<br \/>\n&#8216;unserved&#8217; with  endorsement of the process server that present<br \/>\nrespondent is residing at Bhavnagar and considering the same, prima<br \/>\nfacie, there appears substance<br \/>\nin the submission made by the learned advocate for the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">4.\tIn the<br \/>\nabove view of the matter, the application is allowed.  The<br \/>\nproceedings of Family Suit No.405 of 2011  are ordered to be<br \/>\ntransferred from Family Court, Ahmedabad to the Principal District<br \/>\nJudge, Bhavnagar.
