Justice K.T.SANKARAN\n\n Dated :09\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                            H.L.Dattu,C.J. &amp; K.T.Sankaran,J.\n\n                         ---------------------------------------------------\n\n                          Cont.Case (C).No.937 of 2007-S\n\n                         ---------------------------------------------------\n\n                           Dated, this the 9th day of July, 2007\n\n\n                                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">H.L.Dattu,C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                  Alleging   that   the   respondent   herein   has   disobeyed   the   interim<\/p>\n<p>orders  and directions  issued by this Court  in W.A.No.476 of  2007  dated  23rd<\/p>\n<p>February,   2007,   the   complainant-petitioner   is   before   us   in   this   contempt<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                  (2)   On   instructions,   the   learned   Government   Advocate   would<\/p>\n<p>state that the complainant is expected to furnish certain details for calculating<\/p>\n<p>the pensionary benefits payable to her.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                  (3)   The   learned   counsel   appearing   for   the   complainant   would<\/p>\n<p>submit that the complainant   has already furnished the necessary information<\/p>\n<p>to the respondent. He further submits that in case the  respondent wants any<\/p>\n<p>further information, the complainant would furnish the same to the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                  (4)   In  view  of   the   above,   the   following   order   is   passed   for   the<\/p>\n<p>present:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">        (i)       The   complainant-petitioner   shall   furnish   all   the   details   to   the<\/p>\n<p>respondent for disbursal of the admissible pensionary benefits in a week&#8217;s time<\/p>\n<p>from today.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">        (ii)      After   receipt   of   the   information   from   the   complainant,   the<\/p>\n<p>respondent   is   directed   to   disburse   the   admissible   pensionary   benefits   to   the<\/p>\n<p>complainant, we make it clear, without raising hypotechnical doubts.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">        (iii)     That shall be done by the respondent within four weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of submission of the details as directed by the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">Cont.Case (C).No.937 of 2007-S                      &#8211; 2 &#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">         (iv)    If   for   any   reason   the   respondent   does   not   comply   with   the<\/p>\n<p>orders   and   directions   issued   by   us   today,   the   complainant   is   at   liberty   to<\/p>\n<p>approach this Court once again.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">                 Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">                                                                    H.L.Dattu<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 Chief Justice<\/p>\n<p>                                                                K.T.Sankaran<\/p>\n<p>                                                                        Judge<\/p>\n<p>vku\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court V.J.
