IV.\n02\/ 03.08.2011<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">:      Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>         well as counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                     The      grievance   of   the      petitioner   is   that   the   Certificate<\/p>\n<p>         proceedings initiated against him, he has been deprived of an opportunity<\/p>\n<p>         to adduce evidence, and by virtue of an order dated 9th July 2011 the<\/p>\n<p>         authority has declined to summon some of the witnesses. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>         insists that if he is deprived of this opportunity, he will be subjected to<\/p>\n<p>         irreparable loss.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                     I have also heard counsel appearing on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>         respondents. No fruitful result can be achieved keeping these proceedings<\/p>\n<p>         pending. In the facts and circumstances, I dispose of the writ petition with a<\/p>\n<p>         direction to the respondent no. 2 to afford the petitioner one single<\/p>\n<p>         opportunity for examining the witnesses. Respondent no.2 shall summon<\/p>\n<p>         the witnesses within 10 days from the date a certified copy of this order is<\/p>\n<p>         produced before him and examine those witnesses on day to day basis.<\/p>\n<p>         This order along with an application shall be produced before the<\/p>\n<p>         respondent no. 2 within one week from today. If this is not done, this<\/p>\n<p>         opportunity of adducing certain evidence shall come to an end and no<\/p>\n<p>         further opportunity will be granted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                     With this observation this writ petition is finally disposed of.
